Solid has been recognized as a winner in the Excellence in Platform Migration categoryin the EMEA region at HubSpot's Impact Awards 2024, which awards these prizes to partners who stand out for the results of their projects.
The HubSpot Impact Awards are one of the most prestigious recognitions in the HubSpot partner ecosystem. They are an award for agencies that demonstrate an exceptional level of innovation and technical capability. The Platform Migration Excellence category, in particular, evaluates projects that implemented complex CRM solutions and radically impacted customers' business processes.
This recognition comes thanks to our work with Justalia, a legaltech company specializing in consumer rights.
When Justalia contacted Solid, its operations were fragmented and inefficient. With over 60,000 contacts, 45,000 cases and 47,000 tickets to manage, coordination between teams was a monumental challenge.
